As a systemic consultant, I support people and organizations in a wide variety of contexts – whether professional or personal.

My focus is on advising companies, management, teams, employees, and stakeholders. I bring a holistic understanding of dynamics, relationships, and challenges to enable sustainable development.

In a professional context, I particularly support projects with managers that focus on employee leadership and team development. Together with my clients, I work to strengthen leadership cultures, improve communication, and effectively manage change processes.

At the same time, I also advise families and children, where the issues often involve different, but no less complex, challenges. Whether professional or personal – the focus of my work is always on people and their individual needs.

My goal is to create spaces for clarity, reflection, and sustainable solutions. The systemic perspective helps to focus on both the complexity of relationships and the power of resources and potential.
